How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for our Alkaline+ Purifier and Replacement Cartridges and a $12 flat rate for all other products

​Express shipping is a $18 flat rate.

When will my order arrive?

We’ll work to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be delivered within 5-10 working days. For express orders, you will receive your order within 1-3 working days.

Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, , holidays & other external third parties are outside of our control.
 

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive an order tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

I haven’t received my tracking number – what should I do?

Please check the spam folder of your email account – it may be in there.

Otherwise, please contact – info@kapha.com.au if you did not receive a tracking number.

To make sure your order reaches you and isn’t cancelled or delayed, please make sure that:

  • You use the same billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement

  • Your shipping address is correct and complete – i.e. includes your apartment number, postcode, etc.
